All reservations must be confirmed 12 hours in advance. An email will be sent 24-12 hours prior—please reply to confirm. A reminder will be sent at 5:00 PM on the day. Unconfirmed bookings may be released.
For groups of 7+, a deposit of 200K VND ($8 / £6 / €7.50) per person is requested to secure the reservation. Pay via QR code (Techcombank, PayPal, Wise) or in person.

We are proud to introduce Callum Williams-White as Executive Head Chef at Le Petit Bistro Group. With over ten years of experience in high-end culinary environments across the UK and Vietnam, Callum brings passion, innovation, and a deep commitment to quality.
Before joining Le Petit Bistro, Callum served as Executive Head Chef at Mekong Merchant in Ho Chi Minh City and as Area Head Chef for the award-winning Rockfish group in the UK, overseeing multiple successful kitchens. With a University degree in Professional Culinary Arts and clasically trained in French cookery by multiple French Chefs, Callum’s refined skill set and leadership elevate every dish that leaves our kitchens.
